Bible Text: Psalm 150:6
If not for God, we will not be in Church today, we will not be standing here this morning.
Whatever situation you find yourself, as long as you are still alive, you have every reason to thank God. When you praise God in any challenging situation, you are challenging God to arise for you. As long as you praise God with your breadth, rejoicing shall be your portion in JESUS name. Until you lift your hands in praises to God, you are not qualified to be carried by HIM. The only way out of any situation is praising God and lifting your hands up………
Spiritual Stealing is the title of the success Encounter Sermon delivered by Pastor Dele Ikotun on 13th April 2014.
Bible Verses: Exodus 22: 1-4, Joshua 7:1, 19-26; Malachi 3: 8-9
Excerpts:
For you to excel in life, for you to be outstanding in life, you must, first and foremost, have God on your side.
Exodus 22: 1-4 shows how dangerous stealing is. God is telling us this morning that many of us have sold ourselves unto bondage because we have stolen. In Malachi 3: 8-9, God said we have robbed Him in tithes and offerings.
One of the income we receive from God daily is time (24 hours daily). Tithe on 24 hours is 2hours 24 minutes. Time is Life, Time is Money, Time is almost everything.
When you are into a thing and God is not involved, that is when failure arises.
Give what belongs to God to Him, and you will be surprised how He will marvel in your life…………..
Every step you take, commit to the hand of the Lord, trust and obey Him.
When you rob God, the curse of God go and settle in your family.
our God is not a liar. He will never allow you to go astray if you let Him to be involved in your affairs. Honouring God is part of paying Tithes and giving offerings
Before you invest, give unto God what belongs to God, let Him direct and lead you, and it will be well with your business…..
Pay your Debts Today is the Title of the April 6th 2014 Thanksgiving Service Sermon delivered by Pastor Dele Ikotun.
Bible Verses: 2 Thess 1:3, Luke 12:15.
We are all indebted to God. Therefore, we should thank God always. Despite every indebtedness to God, his mercies still endure. Luke 7:40-42, Luke 12:48.
Thanksgiving is not an appeal; it is a mandate, an obligation that must be fulfilled.
Some people are short-sighted; they quantify blessings only in terms of material things.
Every opportunity you have to thank God or to appreciate Him, make use of it. Psalm 150:6.
The reason God sustains us and keeps us is for us to praise Him. Luke 17:17.
Pay your debts for you to experience the mighty hands of God over your life.
Despite our indebtedness to God, His mercies endureth forever (emphasis).
“This Time will be Different” is the Title of the Sunday Sermon delivered by Pastor Dele Ikotun on 30th March 2014.
Bible Verses: Eccl 3:1, Eccl 9:11, Isaiah 43:19, 1 Samuel 1:17, Acts 12:8-9, 1 Kings 19:4
Excerpts from the Sermon:
Everything in life is time bound and season bound; Until your season arrives, those unpleasant situations will not change.
The Bible says as a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.
Whatever you do not expect or desire, you do not have a right to experience it.
Wrong expectations bring wrong manifestations.
This new Quarter will be different; this new season will be different.
Your time of release from every form of imprisonment has come today in the name of Jesus.
Brethren, don’t resign your fate to the situation you are going through. Whatever you are going through in that marriage or to that project you have temporary abandoned, the end has not come. That setback in your life is actually a setup.
Brethren, this morning, don’t be tired of trying. If you don’t win this time, you will win another time. When God decides to lift you up, something will happen.
Stop crying for all you have lost before. God does not need what you have lost to bless you. Go will spring up positive surprises for you this season.
What is ahead of you is greater than what is behind you. What you are running after is so small.
Every power, every enemy that is out to oppose you, your daughter(s), your son(s), your business, your moving forward, your efforts to gain access to the benefits of the Almighty God, they shall be disposed in the name of Jesus.
I decree, you won’t stop where your father stopped, your children will not stop where you stopped, your destiny will be greater than that of your father, the destiny of your children will be greater than your destiny, in Jesus name.
What you are passing through is a mere event. Problem has to come. Problem has to go. Even Jesus passed through problem
